The Hall and all of its facilities are available for hire by residents and non-residents for a large variety of functions ranging from parties to dances and social events (all subject to the booking secretary’s approval). 

Hiring Box Village Hall:
Hall hire charges for business users i.e. anyone who makes a charge for their services, whether resident in Box or not are:
£14 per hour Monday to Friday,
£18 per hour on Saturdays.
For Box residents the charge is
£7 per hour Sunday to Friday and £9 per hour on Saturdays.
For non-Box Residents the charge for Sunday to Friday is £14.00 per hour, and for Saturday it is £18.00 per hour.
Hall hire charge is from the time the keys are collected until they are returned so all hirers need to calculate their setting up time as well as clearing and cleaning up time.

Please note that the booking fees are kept as low as possible on the understanding that all hirers make every reasonable attempt to clear up after their event, sweep floors and ensure the venue is fit for the next hirer.
