Please Note:
Any one wishing to use a bouncy castle either in the Community Hall itself or on the pitch must provide a copy of the suppliers Public Liability Insurance and also will need to have their own Events Insurance to cover injury as the Hall's insurance does not cover this. Without this, we are unable to accept bouncy castles on site.

Hire fees from 1st April 2020 – 31st March 2024
Non-residents and casual commercial bookings per hour: £7.70 before 6pm / £14.40 after 6pm
Residents and regular (8+bookings) not-for-profit and commercial users per hour: £5.60 before 6pm / £10.80 after 6pm

Please be aware that daytime hire fees increase on 1st April 2024. Full details in the attachment (below).
Please note there is also a minimum £50 damages deposit to be paid (£200 for teenage/young adult parties - at the discretion of the council)) on collection of the key. This can be done on a Mon/Wed/Fri between 9am and 12 noon.
