Golden Sheep Coffee, a small but passionate coffee roastery based on Wick Street Farm in Stroud. We roast our coffee to a medium level to preserve its rich flavours without the burnt, bitter taste. We take immense pride in roasting the finest quality, ethically sourced Arabica coffee beans, in partnership with Falcon Specialty.

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond sourcing.

• Locally sourced bags. Our coffee bags are crafted from recyclable Kraft paper, produced locally at Stonehouse Paper and Bag Mill.
• Traceability: Each coffee bean is fully traceable back to the farmer or cooperative. To make this information easily accessible, we introduced QR codes on our bags. A quick scan reveals the story behind your cup of coffee— the hands that grew and processed it.
• Supporting the Supply Chain: By sharing every detail about the coffee they source, Falcon Coffees supports everyone in the supply chain. From farmers and exporters to roasters and baristas, they champion quality coffee at every step.
• Environmentally aware: We aim to be as environmentally aware and considerate as possible in everything we do, and we’re working hard to eradicate single-use plastics wherever possible. In 2019, we were proud to receive the first ‘Plastics-free Champion Award’ for Stroud. This award recognised our hard work in trying to eliminate single-use plastics from our business.
