We prioritise sourcing locally and our kitchen gardener forages and harvests fresh ingredients daily from our very own kitchen garden. Local farms and producers deliver, sometimes twice daily, within a 35-mile radius of the hotel.

Sunday Lunch:
The Sunday Roast Lunch menu at Burleigh Court Restaurant offers something for everyone with four delicious roasts served every Sunday including beef, chicken, hake and a vegetarian option. You can also choose from a seasonal choice of starters and outstanding desserts. Children below the age of 12 also eat from the roast lunch menu but with smaller portions.
