Country Dance at The Trinity Rooms!
Our last two barn-dance-style country dances were such a success we just had to organise another one! This informal social event will be fun for all ages and a great chance to chase away the January blues with some enjoyable camaraderie and jolly folk tunes.
Our experienced caller, Mojah, will explain the moves to recordings of popular folk tunes like the Dashing White Sergeant, Strip the Willow, the Virginia Reel and the Gay Gordons. So, even if you’ve never been to a country dance before, you’ll soon be tapping your feet and joining in the fun.
There will be a raffle and cash licensed bar.
Tickets in advance cost £10 (wage less £7, under-10s free).
Profits will go to Stroud District Green Party.
