- Mindful Movement, engage in guided yoga and movement practices that encourage exploration, balance, and strength. Each session is designed to deepen your mind-body connection and create space for self-awareness.
- Breathwork Workshop, learn powerful breathing techniques to calm the mind, energise the body, and restore balance.
- Reset and Flourish, take time for stillness and reflection. Enjoy nourishing vegan refreshments complemented by creative and inspiring activities that spark joy and encourage personal expression. Creative Crafting with Macramé designed to inspire creativity and connection.
- Guided Meditation, end the day with a deeply relaxing meditation session, leaving you grounded, centred, and ready to flourish beyond the retreat.

Important info:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga. Mats/props will be provided but feel free to bring your own. For added comfort, bring layers, socks, blankets, and pillows.
