About the event
How do we help our children develop a healthy, balanced relationship with food when the world around them is filled with sugar, ultra-processed snacks, and constant pressures from birthdays, holidays, school environments, and food marketing?
Join us at Jolly Nice for a warm and practical panel discussion designed for parents who want to raise confident and curious eaters.
Together, we will:
- Explore everyday pressures families face around food
- Unpack food neutrality and talk about how to apply it in real life
- Discuss practical ways to build positive eating routines at home
- Uncover simple strategies for incorporating organic foods and reducing toxins in your family’s daily life
You will hear from:
- Inna Tew – Author of the children’s book “Superpower Foods: Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates”, sharing insights on food education and family practices
- Ellie Hearn – Registered naturopathic nutritional therapist, passionate about maternal and family nutrition at Nutrition by Ellie
- Mimi Durell – Founder of Mimi Organic Baby and interior design studio Mimi Montagu, dedicated to creating beautiful homes with sustainable and low-tox materials
Moderated by Emma Greaves, founder of Emma Elizabeth Designs.
Every guest will also enjoy:
- A welcome hot drink
- 10% discount at Jolly Nice Farm Shop
- A free discovery call and discount on 1:1 programmes with Nutrition by Ellie
- A free discovery call with Mimi Durell, founder of interior design studio Mimi Montagu, dedicated to creating beautiful homes with sustainable and low-tox materials
- £5 off Everyday Bags by Emma Elizabeth Designs, elegantly embroidered with a playful motif that children will love.
A signed copy of The Superpower Foods book will also be available to purchase at the event.
