We have two families sharing their inspiring birth story.

We will then move into focusing on your postnatal period. This time can be overlooked as you focus on navigating your birth. Dedicating time & resources to postpartum benefits not only your physical recovery but your emotional & mental recovery. There will be discussion & resources available as well as information for birth partners.
