Formerly known as Stratford Park Lido, Active Lifestyles Lido is a much-loved community asset that has been a cornerstone of summer fun in Stroud for generations.
Originally opened in 1937, this iconic 55 x 18 yard cold water pool welcomes visitors for 13 weeks each summer, offering a unique and refreshing outdoor swimming experience. Exciting times lie ahead, as Stroud District Council plans significant investment in the Lido’s future, ensuring that it continues to be a treasured part of our community for years to come. Come and enjoy the charm of this historic facility, where tradition and outdoor fun come together.

Lane Swimming (Tuesdays & Thursdays only) - 7am - 9am
Lane Swimming - 12pm - 1pm
Public Swimming - 1.15pm - 3.15pm
Public Swimming - 3.45pm - 5.45pm
Lane Swimming - 6pm - 7pm 

Weekends from 2nd June:
Lane Swimming - 11am - 12pm
Public Swimming - 12.15pm - 2.15pm
Public Swimming 2.45pm - 4.45pm
Lane Swimming - 5pm - 6pm
