That's right, we're back for another year! And we're extending the fun by starting at the earlier time of 1PM! Under 18's are FREE but require a ticket, so please make sure you order their tickets when you buy yours. (Child tickets are only available with an adult ticket purchase). As always, there are a limited number of tickets available and we are a sell out event. So, don't delay in getting yours or you may miss out!

You are also welcome to bring gazebos but please be considerate of others when pitching. Where possible, please pitch at the perimeter of the arena, so as not to block emergency exits and viewing of the stage area.

The bar will be token based, as with previous years, so please purchase your tokens from the token tent before entering the bar marquee.
We are also doing our best to minimise waste and make the event as environmentally friendly as possible. We will be issuing all paying ticket holders with a reusable cup on entry to use at the WEC bar. Please look after your cup as replacements will be chargeable. At the end of the event, you are welcome to take your cup home as a souvenir, or you can choose to donate it back to us to be recycled. (There will be a cup donation bin in the marquee). 

There will be recycling bins throughout the site, so we politely as you to make every effort to use them correctly.

Please be aware that you should not bring ANY alcohol with you. Only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed at the event.
