Designed and run by women for women, this one-day bushcraft course is a unique opportunity to step outside your day-to-day life and immerse yourself in the natural world.

Aimed at sparking interest, building confidence, and fostering new skills, the course is perfect for those looking to explore the great outdoors in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Throughout the day, we’ll cover essential bushcraft techniques such as firelighting, tool handling, outdoor cooking, and shelter building. You’ll gain hands-on experience with each skill, all while surrounded by the beauty of an ancient arboretum, offering a peaceful setting to learn and relax.
This course encourages women to connect with nature, develop practical outdoor skills, and form lasting memories. With a focus on positive learning in a safe space, it’s an opportunity to meet other like-minded women, share experiences, and enjoy the warmth of the open fire while gaining valuable skills for future adventures.
Knowledge required: Perfect for beginners or those with some experience!
Group size: Around 10 participants
Minimum age: Best suited to those aged 16 and above
Dogs welcome? Our Workshops and Walk and Talk events are dog-free to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees
