Harriet is an integrative therapist, she weave's together a range of therapeutic approaches to support you in a way that respects your individuality, your rhythm, and your personal story. Rooted in a person-centred foundation, she also draws from psychodynamic insights, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt techniques, offering a flexible, responsive space where the therapy is shaped around you, not the other way around.

Underneath it all, her approach is grounded in presence and real human connection. She brings warmth, curiosity, and deep listening to each session, holding space for whatever you need to bring whether that’s laughter, silence, tears, or anything in between.

How and where do the sessions take place?
You are welcome to choose which setting suits you best, whether that is in person at Harriet's therapy room in Wotton Under Edge, online, or out and about walking, connecting with nature and feeling the freedom of movement to express yourself better (Walks take place around Wotton Under Edge). 

Before you decide whether to begin, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a chance for you and Harriet to connect, for you to ask any questions, and see if working together feels right for you.
If you choose to go ahead, sessions last 50 minutes, and you'll both agree the frequency together during your initial conversation.
