Active Kidz Gymnastics & Trampolining  will teach your children important skills like balance and co-ordination. With expert supervision and a playful environment, it’s a great way for them to have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy and active lifestyles.

All classes start with circle time where you both join in songs and activities with our experienced coaches. Children then have exploring time, to climb, roll, balance or jump using the gymnastic circuits. These are designed to develop coordination, balance and self-confidence.

We offer three types of classes:
4-5 Year Old (Reception)
Tuesday 3.45pm - 4.30pm - Active Lifestyles Stroud

5-7 Year Olds (Year 1/2)
Tuesdays 4.30pm - 5.15pm - Active Lifestyles Stroud

7-9 Year Olds (Year 3/4)
Tuesday 5.15pm - 6pm - Active Lifestyles Stroud
