Ruskin valley
There is a short walk in Ruskin valley which is pushchair friendly and perfect for toddlers to walk as well.
The route goes between Ruskin mill and Horsley. The best option is to park at Ruskin Mill if space is available (or at the car park next to Nailsworth town hall and walk along the Old Bristol road)
Ruskin Mill has a permissive paved footpath through their grounds which takes you past their fisheries and ponds. From here you can then pick up the public footpath and walk towards Horsley, next to a small stream. It takes about 20 minutes to walk each way.
Alternatively you can start from the opposite end and use the car park in Horsley (just down the road from the pub), turn right out of the car park and go down Wormwood Hill, the public footpath by the stream is at the bottom on the left hand side. It will be a very steep climb back up to the car park though and the path by the stream is narrow in parts, so may not be suitable for bigger pushchairs.
