Supporting Children When They Feel Anxious
Next dates
Sorry, there are no future dates available
This workshop is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of anxiety, in children with additional needs.
As a group we will explore why anxiety shows up, how to recognise when your child may be feeling anxious and learn practical strategies to support your child during heightened moments.
By the end of the session, you will be equipped with tools to promote wellbeing for your whole family. This workshop is primarily tailored for parent carers of children up to 12 years old with additional needs. Delivered by Dr Sophie Thomas, a clinical psychologist with a specialist interest in working with children, young people and their families
