Bumble&Bea offers a 5 week course, focusing on a different body part each week, recapping the previous week and building up to a full body massage. The reason Bea teaches like this, is to try and help reduce the babies being overwhelmed.

Bumble&Bea has been teaching baby massage since 2021. Bea started due to her daughter having really bad Eczema and found that massaging her really helped easing the rash and itching. Bea trained with a NHS approved course and is a registered Midwife with over 13 years experience. Bea knew she wanted to create an environment that was inclusive to everyone, providing a warm, safe and welcoming environment and to provide a wonderful experience to all parents and babies. 

Baby Massage is a wonderful way to help relax your baby, by reducing the stress hormones, increasing the melatonin (which helps regulate sleep). And increasing oxytocin in both you and your baby, making baby feel loved, relaxed and sleepy - The perfect combination. 

Baby massage has been proven to increase the bond between parents and baby, and help with postpartum anxiety and depression. 

This is a wonderful class for babies aged 8 weeks to Pre-crawling. 

Each course comes with:

• A welcome bag with treats for the parents, 
• Booklet explaining the strokes. 
• 50ml of Tiddley-Pom oil to keep. 
• Hot drink each class, and a tasty treat. 
• Towel ,Mat, cushion, individualised basket full of toys for your little one to play with. 
• Photo opportunities. 
• Hospital grade scales.
