Join us every Tuesday at 10:30am in our Frocester Sudio, next toThe Frocester George Pub, for a fun, supportive and energising Mama Fitness Class! This full-body conditioning workout is designed to help mothers reconnect with their bodies at their own pace. No equipment is needed, making it simple yet effective for rebuilding strength and confidence.

The class is suitable for both pre- and post-natal mums, whether you're pregnant, recently postpartum or somewhere in between. You’re welcome to come with or without your child—babies and toddlers of all ages are invited to join you in this inclusive and welcoming environment.
