The Pulse is a Stroud District Council leisure facility located in the heart of Dursley town centre. We offer a wide range of classes and activities for all ages in our pool, gym and studio.
Whether you want to join in from time to time or become a member, we’ve got something for everyone.

The Swimming pool:
Whether you love to keep fit with our aqua classes, make a splash with our inflatables or swim in your own style, our 25m pool offers something for everyone. Customers are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes pool time during our Family Swimming sessions.

Keeping Fit: 
Our studio is host to a wide range of fantastic classes. From strength-builders like Kettlebell, Resistance Conditioning and Strength Circuits, to dance-based classes like Zumba, Piloxing and Move to the Movies, and a wide range of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates classes, the studio has something for everyone – whatever your age or level of experience.
